Overview
Our 27th Annual AARC Frostbite 5-Miler is mostly flat with gentle rolling hills. This USATF-certified 5-mile course is the most renowned February race in the area and kicks off the USATF Mid-Atlantic Grand Prix season.

Course & Logistics
- •Mostly flat with gentle rolling hills
- •USATF Mid-Atlantic Grand Prix season kickoff
- •Registration limited to 1,500 to avoid HS overcrowding
- •Proceeds and donations are shared by local charities selected by AARC members
- •Packet pickup is at Born To Run (1005 N. Bethlehem Pike, Spring House 19477). Pickup dates and times coming soon. Bib and shirt pickup will also be available race morning at Wissahickon High School — details coming soon. If you're volunteering, please arrive by 7:00 AM.
- •Shirt size is guaranteed for registrations received through February 1. After February 1, shirt size is not guaranteed. After February 10, a shirt is not guaranteed.
