Overview
Our 27th Annual AARC Frostbite 5-Miler is mostly flat with gentle rolling hills. This USATF-certified 5-mile course is the most renowned February race in the area and kicks off the USATF Mid-Atlantic Grand Prix season.

Course & Logistics
- •Mostly flat with gentle rolling hills
- •USATF Mid-Atlantic Grand Prix season kickoff
- •Registration limited to 1,500 to avoid HS overcrowding
- •Proceeds/donations for 2025 shared by local charities selected by AARC members
- •Packet pickup is at Born To Run (1005 N. Bethlehem Pike, Spring House 19477) on Wed Feb 18, Thurs Feb 19 and Fri Feb 20 from 10AM-6PM. Bib and shirt pickup is also available Saturday at Wissahickon High School starting at 7:15 AM. If you're volunteering, please arrive by 7:00 AM
- •Shirt size guaranteed for registrations before February 1. After February 10, NO shirt is guaranteed.
